From my personal experience as a customer , Its a sad truth that when resturant owners focus more on increasing number of branches and modernazation ,they forget the prime factor- taste of food ... most of the dishes are just ok-ok items... wont tempt us to come again and have it...some times they dont even justify the publicity given to their brand name.

exactly, also a lot of them put unwanted attitude, low cleanliness which drives customer away. Some behave customer is in their charity.
