Kayexalate use least and last
- firstly manage the tachycardia bcz in hyperkalemia condition increase heart rate so firstly provide membrane stabilizing agent that calcium gluconate.
-than secondly provide beta blockers mostly nebulize with salbutamol.
-last one is potasium binding agent is Kayexalate.

Symptoms are same as in hypokalemia ...physically how we would differenciate between hypo and hyperkalemia ?? The potassium which are involved in body functioning ex: neuromuscular functioning are of intracellular or extracellular?? By ascultation would it be tachycardia or bradycardia??
