Yes initially we will give ns and dilutional ns which have very less amount of sodium like 0.45% bcz we cant reduce sodium level very fast as it can cause sudden brain damage

Water jyada loss hogya as compared to sodium thats why sodium ki concentration jyada hogyi h for example apne lemon water ek glass bnaya jisme salt dala agr aap usme glass me se half water gira diya but usme se salt thoda hi reduce hua to bache huye half glass me salt ki concentration jyada hojayegi
