Salary Income shall be taxable under Salay head and intraday and F&O will be taxable under the Business Head. Tax will be payable on the basis of slab rates.
Are there any changes in FNO trading for PSU or govt employees past COVID? Frequent trading means for what time?! If any employee purchases FNO for 1-2 months, then is that also frequent purchase?? No one has clarified these before.
For govt employees intraday and f&o are not permitted, group c employee can only invest upto 25k per year and group a &b 50k per year , above that you have to inform the office as per rules
