    Iyin should be teaching innovation in Nigerian universities.

      He will only succeed in teaching Japa in Nigerian universities. Tech workers are fleeing from Nigeria in droves. It's delusional to expect them to stay here and suffer.

    Some of us went to private schools and most schools of nursing are private.

    Do these guys think energy projects are like selling cash via PoS devices with some peanut-cost license from the CBN and apps that could be uploaded to a serverless cloud platform in minutes?

    I think thats too much optimism. Ive not heard of any country that has used tech startup to solve energy needs. Because of the scale of the problem, good government intervention with projects to address the issue is needed. Exactly what we are lacking.

      Just saw the headline LinkedIn and was asking....how can tech startups solve power problem we are facing.
      It makes no sense, I don't see how that is even possible. This people underrate power sector. This is not about throwing jargons on TV.

      It's not optimism. At best, it's a delusion of grandeur. Or even worse, he is in denial. Tech startups don't build power grids anywhere in the world. At best they will try to sell million-naira Solar electricity units to starving Nigerians on 30k minimum wages.

      @@apachekafka773Talk is always cheap. That's why the financial system is booming while nothing is happening in the real sectors they're supposed to be supporting. What an irony?

    How come is this generation of Nigerian leaders are so backward and empty to know the important of leveraging on Nigerian youth. I just don't know!
    Iyin is an example of such youth! He's a material to be explored.....foreign government are already leveraging on the talent of this guy's. A Unicorn for that matter!

    Lwkmd !!! Tech workers are the fastest migrants in the world today. They will all run away from Nigeria, not fix anything.

      How can tech startups solve Nigeria's power problems? We are talking about power generation.

    • @cedarxeda2665
      @cedarxeda2665 4 місяці тому

      @kelvinedionwe please read widely and understand how things work. As an electric engineer working in the US, I dont see how a start-up tech company can fix power issues in nigeria. $2b can not fix nigeria power problems.

    • @favour121
      @favour121 4 місяці тому

      @@cedarxeda2665that's the thing about tech startups. A problem may need $100BN to solve, but an innovative startup can figure out how to get the wheel rolling with $100k.
