Why don't you record the phone screen with the built in recorder or some app? This way we would see exactly what you see in the phone. Anyway, thanks for the comparison to other cameras!
@@VCCBoardRepairs Yeah, I mean. The way you do it, you have to play with the position of the phone to get rid of reflections and to keep it in frame. It just seems easier to start recording on the phone itself and include this in editing. Cheers!
The Seek Compact and Compact XR have the same resolution. So just get the Compact. I have a video comparing the 3 models: ua-cam.com/video/BW9sjdnAcG8/v-deo.html
It's about $400 + macro lens and stand. But you also have to consider the app and the ability to auto adjust the thermal image so it can clearly show you the short. The infiray does not do this. It requires you to manually do it through the app
prejudiced review, probably Seek got you interested in a way. Had to compare with similar palettes. Infiray T2S+ sensor more advanced than much older seek compact without a doubt.
What you talking about, I for one cannot stand the 7fps framerate of seek pro. Not to mention the recalibration that happens every few seconds, making videos completely unwatchable.
The P2 isn't intended or designed for macro work like this. It's fairly useless for macro work in the same way as the Canon 50mm f/1.2 camera lens is a rubbish telephoto lens.

Also, could you try adding a third party lens to the P2?
It should help getting things in focus.
The video quality looks like how you see it in the video.
And no, I didn't try a macro lens with it.

@@VCCBoardRepairs but it isn't lmao
thanks for these review JESSE.Seek with macro lens is better
Thanks for watching!
The p2 pro comes also with a additional macro lens
Oh nice. I just googled it. I hope they send me a new version to test.
Great video! The first word in the title is misspelled "Infray" though.
ah! good catch. will fix it now.
Thank you so very much for sharing your knowledge ❤❤❤😊
Appreciate it! Thank you so much
seek compact pro is the best but can the seek compact xr with macro len work same as pro?

You could test the Uni-T uti260m / uti721m :)
The Guide MobIR 2S would be intersting because its cheap and has autofocus
That looks pretty cool but i dont think it'll work for close up thermal imaging.
with macro lens is totally different story best thermal camera on market for $$$
I made a video of the one with macro lens too. Seek is still better
@@VCCBoardRepairs but price allmost double right ?

I use the Seek on a daily basis & helps me solve tons of cases. I tested the T2S+, P2 and P2 Pro. None will make the short stand out like the Seek
Can you hook these up to a tablet
To any USB C Android device
My iPhone X Max keeps turning of every 3 minutes I need help to fix it. Wondering if you can tell me what it will cost to fix?
It maybe it's the charging port. If you're in the USA, message me for a quote: www.vccboardrepairs.com/contact-us
What country are you in bro
Make a wild guess, bro
For me seek pro is the best
Same here!
I think its terrible because its so low, only useful for tripod use. I also think sensivity of sensor is bad at seek
What you talking about, I for one cannot stand the 7fps framerate of seek pro. Not to mention the recalibration that happens every few seconds, making videos completely unwatchable.
I have tested other thermal cameras. None show me a clear picture of the short like a Seek.
And that's all that matters
This should be $50 or less
at $50, i'd say it's a buy lol
