INGREDIENTS FOR No.1 (PORK BELLY WITH AMPALAYA RECIPE)
1 kilogram pork belly, cut into strips
2 large bitter gourd (ampalaya)
1 large red bell pepper, julienne
1 thumb sized ginger, julienne
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup water (add more if needed)
2 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp hot sauce (you can use thai chili pepper instead)
1 cup coconut cream (kakang gata)
Salt and pepper to taste
INGREDIENTS FOR No.2 (BRAISED PORK BELLY WITH QUAIL EGGS)
1 kilogram pork belly
1.4 lbs pork liver + 1 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice + 1/2 tsp garlic powder + 1/4 tsp black pepper
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp maggie liquid seasoning calamansi
2 cups hot water (add more if needed)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 pork cube seasoning
1 & 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
1 large red bell pepper + 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
8 hard boiled quail eggs (optional)
INGREDIENTS FOR No.3 (BRAISED PORK BELLY AND LIVER WITH OYSTER SAUCE RECIPE)
1 kilo pork belly
6 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 kilo pork liver + 1 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tbsp calamansi extract + 1/2 tsp garlic powder + 1/4 tsp black pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, choppped
1 and 3/4 cups hot water (add more if needed)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 pork cube seasoning

INGREDIENTS FOR No.4 (CRISPY FRIED PORK BELLY RECIPE)
600g pork belly (bacon-cut)
Salt and pepper
180ml Sprite
1/2 cup cornstarch
62g Crispy Fry breading mix (or any breading mix of your choice)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika powder
3/4 tsp chicken powder (or magic sarap)
1 tsp turmeric (optional)
Water
1 large egg
