Some ideas for F1 2023:
I would love to be able to drive the cool down lap at the end of a race by myself! I'm on console so you could even use the steering cross on the left of the controller to wave/point/clap at the fans while driving slowly back to the pits. And at the start of the race I would love to walk around the paddock and do, for example, little workouts, giving interviews, talking to fans/taking pictures with them, being able to celebrate the opening ceremony with the national anthem and so on... Could be a 30 min session/free-walkaround-thing or you could directly skip this part and move on to the race (like you can skip a quali or training session). I would also love to walk within the headquater of my team and explore the factory, offices, the canteen etc... maybe talking to people...

indeed, f1 22 vr glitched me out of the game every 1/2 races, still not fixed by today.
Some serious money has gone into this. I hope this much effort has been put in to the rest of the game

to anybody who will be reading this, what these guys are saying is completely true. I know EA and they will try their hardest to make you react with that "wow!" face but in reality they will forget the most important and requested features from the fans and instead waste money on new features that no one asked for. We dont want new features we want the old features but improved! and not just something like "revised" or "changes" i mean an overhaul!
No because their money went into this crap instead.

Not when the game filled with Casual players with controller nor $200 wheel. This is Simcade at best
Your only best option for that to went an actual Sim racing.

EA's marketing dept is top notch. Unfortunately that doesn't translate to their game developing dept. But when everyone complains but still goes and buys the game, then they made their money and they have no incentive to actually make the game good. Wash, rinse, repeat for every year.

I'm getting the feeling that (this new F1 TEAM, Braking Point Story Mode, and the 2019 short F2 Career/Story Mode) is slowly becoming a new Lore/Franchise itself within the Sport of F1.

Nice to see EA is spending TONS of money on PR stuff. Would be really bad if this years game is even worse and buggier than the last one. Do not forget about the half baked super car stuff and the furniture simulator that nobody asked, but they gave us.

Please give the F1 license to someone else. It’s been over a decade with Codemasters and every time they take a step forward, they somehow manage to take three steps backs.

@@zombiekilla25979 not this specifically, I actually think it’s a step forward and a cool addition to story mode. However, every time they add something cool with the story or something else, they manage to screw up the game with a bunch of glitches and people tell them every year, but some things never get fixed. For example the engine audio bug for spectating was a problem for multiple games and the servers always end up buggy at some point throughout the game’s life cycle. I really wish they didn’t have to bring out a new game every year so they could have more time to hammer out as many issues as possible.

If they gave it up EA would take it. EA doesn’t care about player base or making a good came. It it is broke don’t fix it, but make it look like you are by promising new features that barley work on launch and the never updated.

It looks like they brought a Multiplayer Car Livery and mixed with the genetic boring my team customization and slapped it on a car.
This is the main focus of the game… which is quite concerning when we have the gameplay of last years game
Looks like they focused more on gameplay/physics this time
Please, just make online work that's all I ask. I don't want a sofa, I don't want a yellow and purple car, I simply want a game that is functional.

I just say that this better be only in a carrer mode or something like that because the funny thing about my team or championship mode is battling with the actual teams and thier actual order not with a fictional team
