Honda CL360 Part 2 - Carbs, Throttle and 2-into-1 Throttle Cable

In this episode, I'm focusing on getting the carbs, throttle and throttle cable sorted out. The tricky bit is the 2-into-1 custom throttle cable. I'm one step closer to hearing her run!

Awesome video, just curious what type of lube are you using for the handlebars? And is it absolutely necessary?

I used white lithium grease. You definitely want it in the throttle mechanism itself (where the throttle makes contact with and turns inside of the throttle housing). I put it under on the bars under just in case the throttle drug on the bars themselves. I have no idea if I needed to do that, but I didn't think it would hurt.

Where did you source that 90 degree elbow? I have the same throttle housing so I am looking for a way to get a cable that works.

I bought the throttle from Revival Cycles, and I reached out to them to see if they had a solution. They worked up this elbow for me. I don’t think this available on their site. You’ll have to reach out via email.
