- Here's how to undervolt your i5 14600K, 14600KF, 14600F, 14500 and 14500 and even the 14400F
The goal is to reduce the temperature and power consumption while increasing the performance at the same time! It works for both B760 and Z790 plus for Z690 and B660 it will be the same! This will also helps reduce stutters and increase productivity performance.

For i5 use Manual and set it to 1.19V, then try less like 1.18V and till you have crashes at games! My i5 13500 is running at 1.17V no problem and temp drop are from 65C to ~52C, its a lot, cooler is silent now, VRM temp dropped from ~70C to 60C. Manual is better for me - always (used this metod on CPUs i7 2600, 3770, 4790, 5775C, 6700, 7700, 8700, i9 9900, 10910 - Apple exlusive, i7 12700 and now on i5 13500 - love this CPU ❤, best Intels price/performance processor)!

Hi, how do you maintain a temp of lower than 40? My temp is consistently above 50 even on idle. I’m thinking if it’s the AIO that is causing the problem. Please help :)
Mobo: asus tuf gaming B760M-plus wifi
CPU: i5-14600KF
GPU: 4060
RAM: G.skill 5600mhz
PSU: Corsair 850W
Cooler: ID cooling zoomflow 240
It is the AIO pump....
@@nikita0061 Yup, i changed the cooler recently and my temp stabilised around 38-42 on idle
My motherboard is Asus PRIME Z790-P and the bios seems a bit messy, a lot of voltage options. Can't really find the right one to adjust. Found one that doesn't crash me at -0.1, on HWINFO it shows as IA voltage offset. In games now cpu roams between 60-95 degrees. Used to be 85-100. Completely lost here.
Does this work for 13600k or do you have to make some modifications for the 13th Gen cpu vs the 14th gen cpu.
0:18
He clearly says that works the same on the i5 13600k
is it really done? what about performance of cpu? did u checked? is it not working like lower grade cpu such as 13400f?
Absolutely amazing video!! literally the only video on youtube that explains how to undervolt on this specific bio!!!! Thank you sm it worked!! Now my computer isn't a space heater anymore lol 😂

Can you do a video using the intel extreme tuning utility , these settings aren’t applicable to my mobo
Sure, I’ll make it asap!
@@ImWateringPSUs would be appreciated mate
Thankyou, I would love this too!@@ImWateringPSUs
Weird. People normally change the ' global core svid voltage' and the cache one. Whats the difference with your method
I believe this is fine for Z790.
However, on b760, need to do UV through cache and core svid, otherwise it doesn't work.
Hello brother, how does it work with aircolling? Have you tried them, the water collings break quickly hehe. Joke my bro, what each person likes to choose. I need to know what to buy as soon as possible you can reply. because as soon as I have the money I buy it
It was necessary to show the temperature in the stress test at the beginning of the video, and then after reducing the voltage.
Nope, it wasn’t! It’s just a tutorial :)
@@ImWateringPSUs Thanks for your work!
If i barely hit 65C temperature on i5 14500 it is necessary to undervolt it? I mean for performance in gaming it is worth it?
Certainly no need to undervolt if your Max temp is only 65C
Man can you help me i just installed i5 14600k and i have problem even without gaming my temp is 43-50 and while gaming its just hit 100 temp instantly ? I have corsair thermal paste and water cooling with 3 fans i was running i9 10900f with same cpu cooler and i have no issues at all but now i have b760 ddr4 motherboard and i5 14600k can anyone help me please ? 😢
Can't help you with your problem, but just letting you know my 14600k idle is around 40ish degrees and CPU all core full load is 75 degrees (goes down to 67 degrees when I undervolted).
I have a Thermalright Peerless Assassin SE air cooler, with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut thermal paste.
@@ausdavid I figured the issue its the cpu cooler I’ve using the LGA 1200 screws when its the motherboard for 1700 LGA ^ im good with temperature now thanks
Glad you managed to fix it my man! Be sure to undervolt it too :)
i have cpu i5 14600kf temperature in idleness 27°C in game 45°C and under full load 100% CPU max 75°C. Cooler - MASTERAIR MA824 STEALTH thermal paste Noctua.
@@noemxp oh never mind i was using 1500lga screws on the motherboard 1700lga i fixed it i used the lga 1700 screws thanks ♥️
Absolutely love this video could you make a video with this motherboard and the i9 13900kf. I know you did a video but it is a completely different motherboard and some off the settings are different
I would appreciate it if you could make a video showing the undervolting results on a graph for Intel CPU 10th Gen to 14th Gen inclusive. Thank you.
I show results in my “Budget Builds” videos, I have a whole playlist
@@ImWateringPSUs Thank you. I will check it out.
Gigabyte is completely different, not gonna mess with it 😂
I have gigabyte tutorials as well on the channel! Check my undervolting playlists
@@ImWateringPSUs This undervolt Does it sacrifice some performance to lower the temperature?
So I have an AMD 7500f and I have these options (not curve). So I put 0.120. I tried many tests (cinebench and OCCT) and it's stable for multi core and single core. So I don't need to pay more with this? It's a good result?
Yes it is! Great stuff my man :) Consider subscribing to the channel if the tutorial was helpful
Recipe to fry your cpu....
My 14600KF in stock settings have 1.2v on vcore ;-;. Stutters in games
i delid my 14600k and temps are exactly the same weird
maybe its because its not an 'even' 'thin' layer?
I have done it as you explain, I have seen that my factory voltage is 1.456, so I have to set -0.13 -014 -015 I have to test because at -0.1 the temperature drops very little, thank you friend, you are a crack

the multicore enhancement function for i5 14600kf? Because a can't find It in my Asus BIOS... somebody can help me?
Make sure you’re running the latest bios, but it should be there!
I have a 14700kf, undervolted it by -0.230mv still getting 90 degrees on cinebench also on Cyberpunk 2077 RT ultra i'm getting 70 degrees. Is there anyway to lower it further? I tried going down to -0.280mv but its unstable at that point. I'm using lian li 360mm trinity cooler as well
You’re already undervolted veeery far, the only way to go lower would be to use the static option I show, with a lower fixed core clock. If you try stepping down your core clock, you’ll be able to go lower. But you need to be subscribed to the channel :)
Hi, can I maybe try to disable Enhancement 3.0 and keep turbo mode on to use my cpu a bit more? Without going above 90° or even using the Enhancement to "Enable (limit cpu temp at 90°)".
Yes you can! It’s personal preference:)
Is there no need to change the microcode? Ive seen people say this alot. All I changed is the core voltage offset and im getting better cinebench scores and no longer thermal throttling.
No need to “change the mCode”, no worries😂✌️ Glad my video could help, consider subscribing to the channel to support me :)
What's your idle power consumption of the whole system?
First
:))
Is this "actual vrm core voltage" tab the same thing as the "CPU core voltage" in the other Msi BIOS video?
Yessir!
Great video 👍
Thanks a lot my man!
Bro i undervolted my cpu and i gave me less fps and i put it back on the normal amount of voltage and now i get waaay less fps and i have this problem for 3 weeks nog can someone helpp plsss omfg
Check your colling if your aio/air cooler is sitting properly, update your bios , then reset cmos . That should do it
Great advice!
But why offset mode and not manual mode for voltage, what is the difference?
Thx!
Going with a manual you either overvolt the low end or reduce the boost span unfortunately
have you also tested it with prime95? With the default settings my 13600k in prime95 reaches 95 degrees and prime95 closes after 5 minutes. I need to set LLC to level 4 to make it stable. and that with standard settings.
With undervolting there is no chance of getting it to work stably in prime95 unless you set LLC quite high
How long did u run prime? 93c, 20 minutes with 0.065 here, with stock going over 100 degrees c, 14600k cpu. Air cooled.
Yes I did and it was working fine for me :) Undervolting helps a lot
@@KowalDWRwhat aircooler?
@@erikbs735 it was on endorfy fortis 5. Switched that to peerless assassin 120. Temps went down - 13 degrees c.
i can't put point (.) in it any solution?
If it’s in mV just convert the volts by multiplying them by 1000
anyone know how on asrock
Check my undervolting CPU playlist, I have asrock as well :)
Thank you. So clear and concise!

Arguably the rest is important too😂
it function Aldo for i5 14600kf

thank you@@ImWateringPSUs
Thanks for the video. But I have one problem when betting less than -0.050. Let’s say -0.075, then everything works, but the processor voltage drops and in cinebench r23 it is already 4.6 and 3.8. The question is, why does the feeling go down?
Ive changed to -0.05 and still getting same results/temps as before. Also changed the other settings included in this vid, with no results. Any thoughts?
Are you sure your CPU cooler is making proper contact and that you have good thermal paste?
