EASTER EGG CHEESECAKE | no bake cheesecake recipe

Hello eweryone! This easy no bake cheesecake recipe is the perfect centerpiece for your Easter brunch!
*serving for 3 halves of maxi chocolate egg (100g)
INGREDIENTS:
100g chocolate egg (maxi)
50g cookie crumbs
60g melted butter
200g cream cheese
50g powdered sugar
200ml heavy cream
easter treats for decorate
COOKING METHOD:
1. Grind the cookies into crumbs. Melt the butter. Mix together. Divide the chocolate egg in half and place a cookie with butter in each half.
2. Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar. In another bowl, beat the cream to soft peaks.
Mix together. Place on top of cookie crumbs.
3. Cool in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
4. Decorate with easter treats.
