- Warning, There is a very bad word said at the end.
The infamous Party Quirks when Tony says F*ck Off to Clive.
One of my favorite clips.

One of my favorite Who's Line moments ever. I love how Frost knows what's about to happen but can't stop Slattery from losing it anyway.
"Don't take it seriously, it's only your living.." - Clive Anderson
LOL!
I like how Tony mutters "Oh screw you" LOL!!!!!
"oh well fuck off!" Yup that was actually aired without being censored.
That is (was) not unusual in the UK
Ouch, Tony's bipolar was pretty bad back then.
omfg i can't breathe lol
"Oh Well Fuck OFFF!!"
I remember seeing this episode on television in the middle of the afternoon sometime in the '90's. Awesome!!
I didn't know Tony suffered from depression. As someone being treated for it, I can say it's no pick-nick.
We all love Tony!
"Oh.. you've had a bad.. hip.. thing!" 😂
When I first saw this on cable (around about 1996 I think) it was censored. As surprised as you that there is an uncensored version of this!
Tony is a hilarious improver!!!! XD
OH i'm SO glad i've finally seen this!
Thanks for putting it up!
"Right! That's enough Nana Maskouri..."
"Don't take it seriously its only you're living"
LOL @ Clive
I think Ryan enjoyed that particularly, you could see sometimes that he might've thought Clive Anderson was a bit of an arse.
Also Ryan often looked at Tony and cracked - I think he really enjoyed performing with him, knowing he'd either be hilarious or totally outrageous...
@@leeball4585 yeah, tony was great. any ep with tony, ryan, and greg are way up there. those three are the best.
Yes he did until someone broke down the door and convinced him to get help
"What the hell are you" I ask myself that question everyday
The UK version was shown on Comedy Central in America. I remember this game but it cut to commercial before the game ended lol
Ryan has to be the least likely person ever to be a jockey. Loved Colin's face plant at the start.
WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU!!!
2:05 said Tony Slattery calmly
To be fair, a man who mentions a body part in every sentence is an absolutely TERRIBLE quirk to have to guess.
stupid audience suggestion then
why is everybody trying to sound like a fucking doctor? yeah, what tony went thru was terrible and very tragic, but geez! its an youtube video, not fucking web-MD
I found this a year or two ago on a WLIIA forum and downloaded it. I was surprised it was uncensored, myself.
There's no such thing as a "very bad word".
cooliovasquez No, just very good comedy.
I have - it's one of the few Party Quirks where I really laughed hysterically becuase of Ryan's walk and facial expressions, Josie's actions and Tony's giggles and laugh.
Josie’s? I love Josie, but this episode is only men.
It's a bit like the pose frequently adopted by Leonard Rossiter in 'Rising Damp'
lol Tony has taken enough abuse from Clive!!
Can't stop laughing at this!
I love Tony's laugh when Colin yells "Where's your bathroom?!"
Tony had a breakdown.
"WHERES YOUR BATHROOM?!?!?!?!"
Pretty certain that was NOT the only time someone said that to Clive! lol
Absolutely, girls.
@Lemonbread2, It's because censorship is less strict in the UK than in the US.
you kidding me it's a British show
No, its all stopped now. We have two different channels showing repeats of each version keeping it alive!
WHERE IS YOUR BATHROOM!
Colin is the best!
this is hilarious
Wow, surprised the censor guy didn't put in a beep there :D
Bye bye, Tony’s points.
And not just the points from that evening. Clive took away ALL of Tony's points that he had ever earned since his first appearance.
@@kaitlynbannon4567Aw, man!
That’s terrible!
this episode was on Dave the other week :]
Tony is great. Very funny video - I love this show
Tony looks a bit like Andy Garcia.
@Lamporre Well given the rumours that Mike McShane quit Whose Line after Tony was fired (He only appeared on one episode afterward) your brother might be onto something.
What episode and season is this?
thank you potatosaladgirl!
was it stephen fry who bashed into to rescue him?
ah....thanks.
same here
Oh I see I see..
I think I remember reading about that in Wikipedia or something.
Oh well, it was pretty funny when they aired it on TV, I was like "wow" they actually said that?!
@ProSpoof
Actually I think he did make a few more appearances. Rightly so, 'cause as much as Clive Anderson seems to have disliked him (as one can see by his openly saying on the air during a show that Tony wasn't ever coming back).
Tony was the best and funniest of the British Whose Line because he'd go places others wouldn't touch. Simple as that.
Clive Anderson liked everybody on the cast, his humor is just dry
i don't know where you're getting your info. clive has never had a problem with tony. it was tony's addiction problems that led to his ban from the show -- which was the producers' decision. clive and tony reunited several years later for a whose line telethon event with josie and three other newbies.
yeah and Colin running away from the carnage before Tony let lose his opinion on Clive.
Oh ok, I read some of the other posts now..
@shinigami518
So who was that friend? I heard from some that it was Stephen Fry but my brother swears that it was Mike McShane (considering how tight they were on Whose Line)
lol
I think the difference is that English humour is more subtle and American is more 'In your face' and more obvious whereas us English are more gritty and dark...Well thats my opinion...I realy love American humour...Well, i love both types of humour realy :)
@JimmySteller
uh,......the gravity of the situation?
@Keeleycide what about wes anderson humor?
Followed by Clive taking away every point Tony has ever earned.
That Tony guy creeps me out.
Ryan looks more like a duck on powerful ectasy.
Are far as I know Slattery was fired about a year and a half after this. It probably was justified. He was heavy into drugs and - supposedly - attendance was poor. He’s also suffered mental illness, severe depression. This is a shame as the guy was very funny, and around this time starred in a film. He went to university with Stephen Fry and quite a few others. No doubt he would have went on to greater things. Once depression hit he never left his front door for months.
holy crap, they look like the simpsons.
I know the UK version was very free with the...crudeness of the comedy, but I thought they at least censored the "f word"...I mean, there's a blooper in the Series 3 London compilation in which Paul's swearing was silenced.
Neither did Tony
well did have [i think] x
hehe he's funny but I like Tony more =P
if only tony was on the us version
Such a shame he's so afraid of flying, but also I did hear that he was fired during series 6 due to poor performances, most likely due to his depression and drug use; consequently Mike McShane had a huge falling out with producer Dan Patterson following Slattery's dismissal, and subsequently quit the show, which is why we never saw him after the show emigrated across the Atlantic.
@@TheTradge I knew about Tony's depression being the reason he got fired. I had no idea why Mike wasnt on the American version, thank you for that info.
Wow, Clive had no comedic timing.
what happened to him?
lol ya i saw it too. lol does anyone know if someones put up the one where one of the quirks was that someone thought they were Tony? lol he didnt find that funny either!
You 4 people who "dislike" this at the time I'm writing this have absolutely NO sense of humour! I feel very sorry for you....
@Werejabberwock
noooo after all that..i think tis obvious
What does Tony say in the beginning? "That enough.... " what?
Nana Mouskouri. You certainly don't dance like that to her
0:24 that's enough....what?
He Does Do Coke BY The Way..He Doesnt Do It Anymore Tho..He Was Talkin About It In An Article I Read
Romy Benshabat you can tell he keeps touching his nose
@JimmySteller
I em smrt
Wasn't Tony fired after this episode? I'm sure the producers must have been furious at him for doing that.
No way would Tony be fired for this, it is quite common for people to swear in the heat of the moment or more importantly when it's funny. Tony didn't say it in an offensive way but in a flustered way in which he read the room in the moment he was in and escalated to the right point.
+C.J. O'Dell Its also UK, they don't censor anything like America does.
They definitely didn't show this uncensored, I grew up with this the UK show and I never heard them swear
You grew up with the UK show and live in the US?! Cause you wouldn't if you were in the states.
No I didn't say I was
What happened?
Tony Slattery shouted "fuck off"
I see a lot of comments saying Tony was fired right after this episode, but he actually lasted the rest of the season (or series, as the U.K. calls it) and half of the next one. What Clive DID do after this moment here was take away every single point Tony had earned on the show up to that point. I know the points don't matter, but ouch.
english version is utter bollocks as they say
, original as it may be. cheerio
American Version is better
no censor? it would have been better with a censor
NEVER BETTER WITH A CENSOR!!!
