    Feels like I'm watching myself and my girlfriend 😀 So many unpredictable situations every day. We are land surveyors from eastern Europe, working mainly on cadastral and construction surveys. Just bought a Phantom 4 pro and started using photogrammetry. I'm glad there are people like you sharing their experience! Keep up the good work!

    Other than having you FAA license, what are all of the proper requirements for a person to get contracted for these jobs/properties?

    Hey, Dylan! Thank you for these informative videos. I wanted to ask if it is enough to get started with an inspire 2 and the drone deploy software. I mean, it should be enough to get some small jobs, right? Thank you again. Looking forward to watch your next video.

    • @DylanGorman
      @DylanGorman  2 роки тому +2

      You can get away with less than a Inspire 2. At the end of the day it just matters what your clients are looking for and if you are able to provide what they are looking for. Just an Inspire 2 and Drone Deploy will only get you relative accuracy where as using GCP's with Drone Deploy and the Inspire 2 will get you pretty accurate maps once stamped by a licensed surveyor.

    Wtf is wrong with those people? Here's an awesome video with some of the best aerial shots, great location, relevant commentary, etc... 700 views in 3 weeks. There's Amber Heard pooping on Depp's bed = 10M+ views over night 🤦🤷🤣

I’m interested in providing drone services in TN, but I’m not sure how to price jobs. Could you share some info on how your company prices jobs such as; 3D mapping, inspections, marketing videos & photos?

       ok please let me know. I do travel often to Boston New York and Florida as well if that helps. Working for FEMA has been great and gratifying helping the the community out to assist in the already delayed process. But as you may know most of them are one and done. So work has been slowing down a great deal. Flying drones is my passion and I truly enjoy what I do and I get paid at the same time. It’s such a blessing.

      @@DylanGorman Ah okay... I’ve just reached the last part of the video... *Crazy drivers* 😉 Like the marketing shots you shot.
      However, I like your videos’ quality... U should post more frequently and make UA-cam an other source of incomes. You still have a lot to share. Especially with those are just stepping in the drones’ world.

    • @DylanGorman

      I’m definitely working on becoming more consistent. With a full time job and doing UA-cam on the side it gets hard to be consistent, especially with my crazy travel and projects always going on! I have 2 videos coming out over the next two weeks so I’m excited to have those shared soon! Thank you again.

    • @DylanGorman

      Hello! I’ve had really good flight times with my I2 but I also have a truck with a built in generator so I can charge out in the field (essentially have unlimited battery life). But because I didn’t have my truck with my here in this country I didn’t realize that my controller battery was actually bad and wasn’t holding a full charge!

    This was a fun video to watch, pretty awesome and makes me want to consider the inspire 2 to kickstart my business.
    When you’re mapping the shopping center you aren’t mapping the asphalt under the parked cars so how is that info your using benefit the client if it’s not complete?

    • @DylanGorman
      @DylanGorman  2 роки тому +3

      For the parking lot imagery, we try and go when there aren’t a lot of cars. We won’t 100% of the time get an empty parking lot so through AI and a QA team we try and guesstimate what needs attention and what doesn’t in terms of a full pavement report for our client. Hopefully that makes sense.
