I LOVE Your Flea Market Videos!!! I love your excitement when you find neat items ... Your excitement never WANES, if anything it gets STRONGER and STRONGER!
I’ve been totally binge watching all of your videos lately! Lol I’ve been stuck at home and this is such a fun way to pass the time! 😍 I get a kick out of it when people say “what’s this? What’s this?” It always makes me think of The Nightmare Before Christmas! 😂❤️ love your channel! So much fun!
Great haul! I especially love that little boys suit. Super cute. I understand people love to dig through those random totes at the flea market but I would be stuck there for 9 hours trying to make sense of it all -- muffin tins and clothing and books in the same box? My brain would be spinning. I would be stuck sorting like items with like items all day! Ha! When I walk my dog in the mornings I can hardly stop myself from sorting out everybody's recycling bins. Glass with glass, plastic with plastic, and paper with paper, people!
I love your daily uploads I'm addicted! It always annoys me seeing people grab things in the same bins you're looking in! Like come on people have some decency!
I agree. It’s your accent which only has a few different words. Mostly you’re accent-less. Why change it. It makes you interesting. What’s really weird is that people call out Taco Stacks HERE but I’ve yet to see anyone mention the way he says it on his channel.
Wow it is really dark starting out. Finally light! Hate when someone else has to butt in when you are digging! Lil boys coat is adorable. Great finds Renee. Was worth going in the rain.
Another great treasure hunt, the horse you have from red mill Is made from grinding pecan shells into a paste and then they add resin . Artist created the sculptures used to create the moulds. When the figurines were removed from the molds, they were rubbed with a soft cloth to enhance the patina.a friend gave me a bear because i love bears and collect them ,mine has a sticker on it so I did some checking it's interesting to find out how they are made . Love the books the one about the coal mine would be a good one to read. Glad you had a good day some nice finds. Thanks for the adventure. Until next time
You are SO Adorable!! Love watching you find so many Treasures Sending Lots of Love from Florida I am in the Medical Field so on my breaks I click on to see the most wonderful things you find and how you adore precious items one does need or want Thank you for you Videos
Great boys winter suit; I used to have a girlie one back in the late 50's as a young girl! The nun statues are lovely as is the foal or horse carving. I was right there beside you as you dug through the totes, peering into the piles of stuff trying to spot a treasure! Love it when you find something that make you happy! Keep digging & smiling Renee!
Spats shoe covers. Great haul. The reticulated figure was over a hundred bucks even back in the 70s when i was an art student. Love the corset. Great for your posture.
Oh my gosh? spats!!! Real ones?? I do love the German penmanship book, I remember that from second grade!!! Wish my kids had learned to write legible ly. That little coat with cap is so cute
Hi Renee. I went to an auction today with my son. First time and we had a ball. I bid on a big box of stuff because nobody else was. I got it for $2.00!!! When I got home I searched certain items in box. One Lennox dish worth$22.00, one old glass amber medicine bottle worth $48.00 and three little dishes each worth $23.00. Numerous othe treasures. It was so exciting and fun spending time with my son. Thank you for showing us how fun flea markets and such are. My son is really into this. 😊 Wilmington Del.
Thank you for a very enjoyable video, you bought some great things, I liked the old leather case and your comment regarding the red vest was brilliant I wholeheartedly agree and you cannot have enough vests, gillets and body warmers Take care and be safe Sam
Renee, I buy old magazines, and valentines, and sometimes they smell musty. I get these little cloth bags, filled with bamboo charcoal. I put the paper stuff in a bag or tote (if I buy a lot) throw in the bag , or two, seal it up and check it in a week or so. Works pretty good, came from Amazon. You can use them all around your house for anything musty. Good for 2 years, need to date them, so you know when they are done. After you use them a couple of times throw them on the porch or deck, for about 2 hours in the hot sun, and then use them again! Love them, they work really well! LOVE your videos!
My moms was from and her family was from the Centralia PA area. My great aunt lived in MT Carmel next town over. I remember when it was a town and i rode on graffiti highway when it was a normal road and houses on either side. It's sad to see what it has become. And that's not the only area/town with under ground fires in that area. Happy Reading.
What a lovely surprise to find the buttons in the pocket of the coat, so glad for you nice treasures always enjoy your treasure hunts would love to see a tour of your halloween decor for this year, have a great weeek.
Anything to do with paper..a bouquet of sharpened pencils..from the film,"You've got Mail".Tom Hanks says it about Fall and the things he loves about it
Great haul!!! In the early season I picked up a mid century wicker chair from the tote guy. I saw it and was afraid to ask how much.....he said $5! It's waiting to be sold....had it checked out...worth many, many times over. Whew.....and about the word "button"....please stop thinking you're saying it wrong. According to "experts" the people from this area....Lehigh Valley and P'burg included.....our dialect is spot on. (Those experts are probably from this area, LMBO) Now, Taco on the other hand.....LOL....needs help. Buddins** is not correct. Have a great weekend Paper & Moose! Happy treasure hunting.
Rene, I Love watching you how you dig through all those boxes and bags and see and hear you, how excited you get when you find your treasures. And also seeing that happy and girlish smile on your face. Keep up the great work you do and keep those videos of yours coming. Love them all.
What a great fun haul! You really do find some unusual items. I think the little boys outfit was an amazing find. The horse is pecan shells ground up and worth some decent $$! The corset is worth over $100 too. Great video!!
Seems like the tote guy does pretty well based on the videos I've seen him in. It's so interesting how folks are totally into digging through them vs. having things laid out to view. That really makes life as a flea market seller so much easier.
The tote man knows what he is doing. People unload the totes for him and he just has to tally up their items. My favorite thing about the flea market is the digging aspect!
@@PaperandMoose That is fantastic. I wish my flea market was a digger market. Curious how many vendors are at that particular market on a busy day? Have a nice weekend, Renee! - Mark
Hi Renee, I think the "spats" you bought might be an old set of half-gaiters from Bicentennial days. They were part of some reenacting uniforms worn back then in the 70's.
The little boys outfit reminds me of a mini Sherlock Holmes, so cute! The German book reminds me of Miss Haversham in Great Expectations, would be great for Halloween as it's got that old cobwebby kind of vibe to it. Really great decor piece. The corset is fantastic. They aren't cheap to have made. There was a time I fancied giving that a go, as I was into the vintage style with high heels too, but comfort won! A real eclectic collection. Thanks for sharing x
Good morning. You've got a good eye!! The jacket and hat for kids looks very english, perhaps Sherlock holmes style. The books can be valuable but check them out with a specislist. Great video take care bye john
This was a wonderful trip to the Flea Market. That bin guy definitely I hope helped you with a bunch of things you can sale! you’re so good on camera and I hope you just keep Rollin. ~ Texas
That was weird, as you said it is missing the buttons, I said they are probably in the pocket!! We are truly in tune today, Renee. Loved today's haul, you are brilliant at picking. Best wishes from Julie.😊
My brother and I would both get outfits just like the boys tweed you bought today. Popular in the 50's and early 60's. I would have to stuff my dress in the pants and take the pants off when we got to school because we were not allowed to wear pants back then. Fun times!!
Put your books in a tote with a small layer of fresh clay cat litter. It will pull out the smell. Don't get the scented kind. Just cheap clay litter works wonders. Make sure to seal the top down and leave for a few days.

Hi there, I am a new subscriber and this is my first post :D I find your channel interesting. I think you would have loved my Grandmother and what she use to keep. She lived in England and was a corsetiere. She would save every little ribbon and lace and zip etc. I never really knew her well as I live in Australia and she would visit out here occasionally. She passed away in 1999. My Mum flew to England to sort out her house. Unfortunately she never really kept anything, but passed a lot on to thrift shops etc. Anyway, I just wanted to kind of say hi and introduce myself.. :)
Glad you found the channel Honey Bee & thanks for sharing your memory! Your Grandmother sounds like a rather interesting woman, I can just imagine all the little bits and bobs of ribbon that she would have saved. She probably had a story for each piece! Hopefully you enjoy my other videos!
The little boy coat and cap reminded me of the one my brother wore when he was 3 years old (he is now 53!). The outfit included pants in the same fabric as the coat. They had leather trim below the knee to the ankle with side zippers at the ankle. Now I have to see if I have a photo of him wearing it!
The nuns are amazing! I can see why you, Blue Bus Dave and Taco Stacks are friends. You all have similar tastes! Thanks for posting!!
I actually remember when little boys wore those winter coats and hats! I am in my 60s.

Those shoes covers are spats, it looks like. Very cool. I'm a costumer for a theater company and they are hard to find.
Love the little boys outfit with the snow pants. The buttons were probably taken off by a dry cleaner so they don’t get ruined by the cleaning fluids.
