Huffelpuffs always try to do the right thing having a strong sense of right and wrong has even this house stayed at the battle of Hogwarts so they are incredibly brave when faced real danger and Cedric tried protect harry his scar started to hurt he wanted to save him will help out a friend in trouble they are not easy scared away from a friendship get to know you they are empathetic can usually tell how you feeling be the first to tell ask if are you okay leaning hand if need talk showing compassionate towards each other park being very tender loyal
I'm a proud hufflepuff. I'm not ashamed of being soft and kind. I don't feel the need of being aggressive and hard. We're strong in our own way. We stand up for people, we see the good in everyone, we're loyal, hard-working, patient, and I'm so glad I'm one.

Hufflepuff is the most underrated house out of all 4 houses. We can be assumed to be the left overs, the weak ones, and the ones with no special talent. However, when it comes down to it we value loyalty, and kindness. We are dedicated and true. The traits of a person you would wanna associate yourself with. Not to mention we don't specify wanting just one specific type of person to be in our house. Helga Hufflepuff says it herself. "We'll teach the lot and treat them just the same.." 💛
I think that’s the same exact line that got us into this mess in the first place.

Same. I could of been either, took Pottermore test -Hufflepuff, took Wizardmore test which apparently is the exact same test but shows the percentages of which house you are, I’m both Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff, even results.

As a Hufflepuff, I don't consider the Slytherins who didn't participate in the Battle of Hogwarts to be "Weaselly" as you put it. I'm prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt. I can see many of the senior Slytherins looking after younger students who weren't allowed to participate, and perhaps the rest discovered that they would be fighting against family members and couldn't bring themselves to do that. I would be very careful about projecting so much Slytherin Hate if I were you, its not becoming of a Hufflepuff to do so.
I agree, slytherins students had a loose loose and decided, I cant fight my family but I will if I have to as a secondary defender to save the younger students, also from a hufflepuff 💛🖤

At first, I was disappointed because I was sorted into Hufflepuff, but I accepted it, I remained loyal, and realized I was a proud and true Hufflepuff
The world need more kindness and acceptance, not hate and backstabbing.
There are a couple amazing stuff about Hufflepuff you missed:
1. Their house is right next to the kitchens, and sometimes, Hufflepuffs have gotten free food from there
2. Their common room is amazing
3. If you tap the barrel to get into the common room in the wrong tune, vinegar will be spilt on you

I'm a Gryffindor and my mom is a Ravenclaw, but I have nothing against Hufflepuff either, and even Slytherin has some good people too. Every house has something good to offer. And in a way, Hufflepuff is the best for accepting everyone and preferring the morally best. Great vid!

I've watched videos that people believe Bellatrix Lestrange was a Hufflepuff so if that's true then that's what you get when a Hufflepuff is a Dark Witch or Wizard. So I agree. Hufflepuff can be hard to define by some which means that we're unpredictable and are able to be less paid attention to. We love and care for those who others would look down on or be unacceptable of, so we're the ones more likely to stand up for human rights than others.

Heh! You actually mentioned the fact that Hufflepuff isn't just Loyalty and Kindness, it's a mixture of all three other Houses in a lot of ways, which in a lot of ways make us more social, willing to converse, and likeable!

Edit; I'm only saying that because when I was younger I was more Slytherin but now I'm more Hufflepuff with some Slytherin traits-
We all have qualities that can be associated with more than one House. Hermione, for instance, is a Gryffindor but has a sharp intellect that would have done well if placed in Ravenclaw. I identify with both Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw, but Hufflepuff's values resonates with me more. If I was being sorted, I would've asked the Sorting Hat to place me in Hufflepuff House.
For me how I like to say it, (you just say it however you want tho) if a person is in a house with some traits from other houses in the background, I say the main first then backround. Ex: hufferin (Identify as hufflepuff with Slytherin traits).
That's just how I do it but you do you There's no right or wrong way to say it

The Hufflepuff common room is pretty awesome as well AND it’s near the kitchens. Proud Hufflepuff! ( and it’s the hardest common room to get into as you need to tap the right barrels in the rhythm of Helga Hufflepuff and if you get wrong a barrel of vinegar gets dumped on you. Lol I can see some first years getting vinegared, best security system out of all the houses.)

It's not hating on other houses to call them out. Depends how strong your principles are (and much shit shit you've dealt with from them). I'd understand Slytherin students for what they've done, but that doesn't mean it's forgotten, or that they're to be trusted. That's specifically because they can't pick a side and can't fight for justice that I wouldn't trust them as much. I can't blame them for not wanting to fight their families, but I can most definitely remind them that in times of hardships and troubles, they can't seem to differentiate bullies and victims because of their feelings. For that, I would often expect a backstab, if they are cornered. Kindness is not blind forgiveness. Because to do so is not kindness to the ones that have suffered. To teach and grow together for better outcomes is kindness.
Now with that being said, if they are treated unfairly and need support, I'd stand with them too. Loyalty and justice, but not at the cost of others.

Hufflepuff really is great. In fact, all houses are great. However, there is prejudices against Hufflepuff and Slytherin. The reason being that all students who don't exhibit any of the houses' traits end up in Hufflepuff and that all students who are naturally evil end up in Slytherin. For example, Zacharias Smith was disloyal and tried to pass tests unfairly but ended up in Hufflepuff, while Crabbe and Goyle were stupid as fuck but ended up in Slytherin anyway.

Hufflepuff here too! But also a Brit - the emblem is a European badger, that is the badger we have here in the U.K. which is where Hogwarts is, we do NOT have the American badger or honey badger, they are all quite different, our badger is the most docile.
We only have one venomous snake, the adder and I’m sure if either came across each other they would appear threatening at first but then flee in opposite directions.

I wanted hufflepuff. Everyone here is lucky to be hufflepuff. Btw, Hufflepuff's are great because they're excellent finders, they kind and tolerant but will not hesitate to stand up for what they believe in, they love hard and love their friends and family and they love everyone! No matter what happens, Hufflepuffs are fantastic and are always there for anyone who needs them. They are bad@$$, they are awesome! They so sweet and lovely! They're also very patient and let's not forget how Cedric wanted a rematch at quidditch when Harry got hurt and couldn't catch the snitch!
And Tonks literally went to battle after having a kid! They're fierce, they're amazing and I love them so much! I wish I was a Hufflepuff.
