It's not and technically it can be, the achievements are unlocked by order of collecting, which means if you collect for instance, an artifact on any level it starts counting from there. If you are not going by order than it means you already got an artifact or missed one and now you have to backtrack the ones you did (or didn't) This guide was made by order of levels with artifacts, but you can do any order to get all of them.
