As someone who work in a fnb outlet for a period of time (internship in a café), the dynamics are pretty much similar. Serving customers and managing orders (in my case, various cake delivery channels and foodpanda/grab) are pretty chaotic because you never know how many orders will come 😂. Serious kudos to all 3 of you for doing relatively well on the day👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

But to be fair, it was mandatory for Kazakhs to learn Russian when the country was under the Soviet Union, which led to the sharp increase of Russian speakers in Kazakhstans. This in turn caused most Kazakhs to speak to their children in Russian at home, thus not giving them many chances to practice speaking in Kazakh. The same goes for many Gen Y Chinese Singaporean parents who prefer to speak to their kids in English, which resulted in many Millenials and Gen Z SG Chinese being poor in Mandarin.
