I think it depends, when I was in marching band it would always be miserable at first and then after like an hour I wouldn't have cramps anymore. However, the really heavy flow days where I was cramping so bad I could barely walk it definitely didn't help. Exercise helps mild cramps for me but not the bad ones, which is what I typically have

I am 57 but I will NEVER forget my period pain. How I wish they had this when I was younger! My teachers would give me an open pass to the bathroom whenever I got my period, the pain was horrific! Later I found I had really bad endometriosis which wrapped around my appendix. Uti symptoms without actually having them. And those were my main symptoms. I have really got the surgery and it changed my life. I had excision. And my dr is Dr. Paschall. You get a formal diagnosis if you surgery, there is no other way to get a formal diagnosis. But u can get a pre diagnosis.

@@victorianokes9043 hey! With silver jewellery it reacts to moisture in the air which can make it turn a brassy colour! when you have period cramps it is more helpful to warm your lower back because there are the arteries that supply the uterus with blood, which dilate with heat. often, cramps occur when the blood flow to the uterus is decreased. movement can also stimulate circulation.

For the earring that doesn’t feel as secure - try pushing up the post slightly. I have some earrings in that style and they get loose when the post (bit that goes in your ear) starts to sink down. Wouldn’t recommend moving it around too much but if you’re able to nudge it upwards slightly it might help when you close it.

I initially had a negative reaction to the Wild deodorant. Really irritated my skin, thought my pits were bleeding! I stuck with it and after a couple weeks, I can use it with no problems. It also completely stops me from smelling! I apply quite a lot and kind massage it in all over the place which I think is key since it doesn't stop you from sweating, so you need to apply it in a larger area than traditional antiperspirants.

For period pain relief I SWEAR by BeYou period patches. It’s like a giant mentholy plaster. It’s the only thing that works for me. Without them I literally can’t function

Little hack from someone who works in a jewellers. If you biggie earring aren’t sitting so they clip just very carefully bend the post up or down, depending what parts not clicking straight, and it’ll make them much more secure!!

The Essence Vault is also a very good, affordable perfume webshop. I got the dupe for Bitter Peach from Tom Ford and it lasts all day and night and smells just like it 😍 I was so surprised and found that shipping to the mainland (NL) was quite good and fast. No additional tax either

I was looking forward to seeing your review on the period cramp device because I have severe endometriosis and whilst waiting for urgent surgery I’m on paracetamol, a fentanyl patch, pregabalin AND extra morphine when it gets really bad 😩 I was hoping this might be some sort of miracle worker and I’m at the point now where I’m willing to try anything that will reduce the amount of medication I need, but your review has just saved me £90, so thank you!

@@SW-rz5oe Yeah, I know, it would just be nice to reduce the meds a little bit at least 😞 It definitely doesn’t sound hotter than a hot water bottle either. Even the microwave wheat bags aren’t hot enough for me now!

My fiancé got me the Maia for Christmas as well! So funny, I didn’t ask for it either but he got targeted ads and thought that it would be a nice thing to help with my period cramps and back pain. Anyway, I’m a big fan, I really like it. My cramps aren’t too bad but it’s also great for the back pain that I get when I’m on my period (or just any back pain I get like after work or standing/walking around for long periods of time).

I would love to know your thoughts on REFY makeup! ❤❤ also if you are looking for other period pain relief options, ovira has changed my life. It’s much more discreet (I can wear it all day under any clothes) and is a TENS unit instead of massage. I still take medicine but using it has made a big difference in my ability to function when having cramps.

I used to always get comments about the fact that I had bad body odour and it made me super insecure, especially when I’d be showering twice a day and using antibacterial deodorant and using fragrance and none of it was working. Now I use natural deodorants and I never have those comments anymore! I wash my arm pits in the shower with soap, then use a body scrub and then once out of the shower I apply deodorant and it’s great!
I don’t use Wild because I can’t get it in my country, but I used to be a sceptic about natural deodorant and now I’m a convert!

With your earrings, I had the same problem with my Astrid and miyu earrings that were getting loose.
I messaged them and they said to slightly push up the straight bit that goes into your ear and it worked, they clicked again!

I totally get the initial spray smell thing. Sometimes it's really good, some are bad. I just tried like 7 fragrances from Revolution and whatever their base solution is or alcohols are I swear even just out of the box they smelled like good gin lol. It was so weird and not bad but it definitely was noticeable. If it was a bad smell I dont thunk I could hang for that. I'll have to look into this brand too though since dossier does basically the same thing too but maybe these folks have even more or different options.
