- This will be my last PLANNED speedrun for Rise and Sunbreak. If something catches my eye or I have burst of inspiration I will upload more, and of course co-op runs I will never say no to doing - they're some of the most fun I've had speedrunning. There is still a few planned videos I would like to make, so keep an eye out for those.
I put a lot of effort into getting this time. I'm not all that proficient at this match-up, so it took a lot of learning and patience on my part. Overall I think it's a very clean run, so I'm very satisfied with it. I can definitely be faster with some better rng like spawn and better play in general. Sub 5'10 however is where I feel is SnS' limit.
Thank you everyone who has watched and supported me and my speedruns of Rise and Sunbreak. I look forward to whatever the monster hunter team has in store for us.

Incredible run! Any reason why you chose a set like this as opposed to a Blood Awakening set with the Primalzeno SnS?
Dragonheart is overall more damage. It's more elemental damage which is fantastic against its 25 and 30 dragon hitzones. Plus Blood Awakening having downtime also didn't work in its favor. TL;DR - Dragonheart is better damage but pure TA uses Awakening cause DH is too expensive.
That Talisman is insane, how long did it take to get it?
This particular one is a max roll and edited for the purpose of this run. However, with the latest melding methods it's not actually too hard to get max rolls. Seen a fair few friends get some and gotten a few myself. Since Amatsu I've gotten 10 or so, I think? So however long that is haha
i thought dragon blight also take dragon element away? or is it because dragon heart blight?

Whats the best sns for raw damage? Im currently using the gaismagorm sns and I was just wondering if there was any better options.
Raw builds make use of the skill Buildup Boost. And paired with that skill you can use Scorned Magnamalo, Lucent Nargacuga or Wroggi sns. Scorned for blast, Lucent for highest damage, and Wroggi for most comfortable (note this is for last update). Either of those will work fine; honorable mention would be Kamura sns

how were doing all attacks like that without evade window....i cant for the life of me dodge through any attack in rise?
I was using Embolden 3 which is equivalent to evade 5. For solo it's a cheaper option
