Listen, I heard some Best Jeanist disrespect, and I've come to correct. All for one was aiming to kill all of those heroes. He was going to do it in a blink of the eye. But Jeanist was able to react and save literally everyone's life within that blink of an eye. All for one gave Jeanist credit saying the only reason his quirk is powerful is cause he made it so. If it wasn't for the number 4 hero, Best Jeanist, this whole mission would've failed

Its like youchi got a genetically inferior version of all for one. Like a dormant gene that no longer serves a purpose because humans have evolved past it. He had the quirk to pass on quirks but no ability to acquire quirks to pass on.
