In this episode of The Egg Whisperer Show, Dr. Jenna Turocy is joining me to talk about new treatment options for recurrent implantation failure. Recurrent implantation failure (RIF) is determined when embryos of good quality fail to implant following several in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment cycles. The good news is that there is treatment for this, and Dr. Turocy has been researching it.
The types of treatments that Dr. Jenna has studied include:
intrauterine administration of peripheral blood mononuclear cells ahead of embryo transfer (which helps the uterus accept the embryo)
intrauterine platelet rich plasma before embryo transfer (which helps the tissue of the uterus grow and rejuvenate)
subcutaneous granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (which treats a thin endometrium)
You all know that I love sharing the latest in technology, especially when it can help fertility patients get and stay pregnant.
Thank you, Jenna, for joining me and sharing these novel treatments for RIF.

After 4 natural tries we had 4 chemical pregnancies/early loses. We were accepted to a fertility clinic and done a lot of blood work, sperm test, ultrasound etc. everything was perfect but I tested positive for Anti-ro/SSA 🥹😢 would this treatment help? As I read people with positive ro60 are much more likely to have implantation failure and miscarriage 😭

I just recently had a Failed embryo transfer. I am a fairly healthy 37 year old, with A hx of Uterine Fibroids. My Saline sonogram
was clear & uterus was okay too after Myomectomy this past May. Just would you love to know what we can do differently to be successful the next time Around :)

Neupogen use as part of immune protocol in repeated pregnancy loss ? Any inputs?

I have used it before for my patients successfully.

Thanks for your input. If cost was a major factor and a patient with a history of multiple miscarriages possibly due to an autoimmune predisposition, and could only afford one of these add-ons; Would u advise Neupogen OR Intralipids?

I had repeated failed frozen embryo transfers despite >10.5 mm of endometrium which was grade 3? What do I do. Unexplained infertility

Could this also be the case for those who have biochemical pregnancies repeatedly? Literally--spontaneously aborting immediately after implantation. I get a faint positve on different early tests around 11 dpo and then by 14 dpo, sometimes 15 dpo I am bleeding. This has happened to me several times, 10-12 times, even taking progesterone suppositories starting 3dpo.
