Today, on the Egg Whisperer Show, I'm excited to be joined by Dr. Andrea Vidali. He is a world renowned endometriosis specialist, surgeon, miscarriage specialist and reproductive immunologist. Dr. Vidali is the founder and CEO of Pregmune, a healthcare information company that leverages his research in the fields of IVF and its relation to miscarriage and Immunology.
I’m delighted to have him join us to talk about Pregmune and the role immunological factors play in fertility. In today's interview, we are going to be talking about what fertility patients need to know about immunological factors, how immunological factors may present themselves when diagnosed with "unexplained infertility," 6 important factors that may impact your ability to conceive, and how to get tested in order to see if any immunological factors may be involved when having difficulty conceiving.
Thank you for joining me, Dr. Vidali!

Going through my 7th miscarriage right now losing faith and my mind at the same time, and finally my family doctor comes with this when none of the many gynecologists seeing me ever would even mention just the possibility or existence of this problematic. Thank you for this information. ❤

This was SOOO INFORMATIVE!! I am in the process of starting my 4th round of IVF after a 3yr break-(Pandemic/Mental Health)...I am 47yo- 2 implantation failures and 1 cxld cycle-slow growing embryos...now have 1 frozen Aneuploid embryo. I want to use my own eggs and was inquiring on what changes I should make going into this cycle to make that successful. Intralipids? Pregmune? Low/slow Stim Cycle? I am mentally ready to dive back in to these IVF Waters..getting my body ready too💪🏾🙏🏾

It wasn't really clear for me if immuno tests are particularly relevant for recurrent miscarriage or no implantation cases after ivf (of course depending on the history of the patient). What is the priority out of those 2 cases?

Hello doctor . This is Namarata from Manchester UK . I am 36 years old and have been trying to conceive for quite some years now . Last week went for an ultrasound scan and blood test and the AFC count was 3 and AMH was 9.2 . It was done on 18 th day of my period. My periods are always shorter I mean by 24 to 26 days I get them. Can is still conceive with my own eggs through ivf . Please advise

Lost me at 7:14 with your ridiculous “triggering” comment. These feminists always have to interject their childish leftist terminology. Even in a serious “adult” conversation like this.

Just pointing out you were triggered by the word “triggered” to the point of reflexively going on a cable news-style grievance rant
