Read her passives. Ashe's does more damage to frosted targets modified by her crit chance. Ashe also doubles the slow strength for 1 second when she cries.

If your confused about the passive crit damage thing. Ashe still crits. The crits just don't have a damage bonus. The item works on her.

@@antonioussykas4140 on paper she crits but it doesn’t actually do anything but slow more, therefor she doesn’t benefit as much from ie as others since the dmg doesn’t scale as much
