Lindsey, this is such a beautiful but quite obscure song by our precious angel and that's such a shame. 😢 "To Whom It May Concern" is a wonderful album that didn't get the attention it so richly deserved. Shame on the DJ'S at the time of its release for not giving their songs more airtime.
