Um, no... what it means is that the INVESTIGATORS in the case have enough probable cause to obtain a search warrant from a Federal Judge to gain access to his properties and search for evidence to further the investigation. If they find enough evidence to show a crime has been committed, THEN the investigators will turn that over to the PROSECUTORS who will then decide if charges should be filed. I'm not even a lawyer and I know that, some expert, smh...

It does not signify that the prosecutors are confident. What is signifies is that Diddy has no reasonable expectation of privacy. In other words an ex-girlfriend can roll on you and negate your fourth amendment riots. If she still has a key, if she believes there are are drugs or other incriminating evidence on the property. Basically on somebody else's word that happened to have access to the properties.
