Unfortunately, The pharmacies here do not give the right stuff for aches & pains over the counter like Dis-chem or other pharmacies in SA. US makes you go to a Dr. To get anything worthwhile. Hope your knee feels better.
Someone told me people are scared to be sued here so they don’t want to make recommendation when it comes to medication. I miss SA with good pharmacist who always offer to help first unless it’s beyond their control. 🙏🏾❤️
Hey Sis Velile, try putting ice on your knees. If the pain is not due to an injury then it might be an issue with the collegan in the joints, basic wear and tear over time. It happens with my mother and we got her collegan supplements, she eats bone broth once a week, puts ice on her knee and she says it helps.
@@VelileLifestyleDecorTV please add MSM supplements as well, kindly read on it to see if they could be beneficiary for you. But as a runner I would recommend both collegane and MSM.

I see a lot of fragile or old people homeless in America then it makes wonder what could be the reason because here in SA you have to be a drug addict to be homeless. And I see old people who are supposed to be retired working. Used to watch The real South African (American living in SA) here on UA-cam and see Americans buying properties here in South Africa now I’m just like is it really worth it to permanently immigrate to America?
