Hi Stephen, just wondering could you not just cover the edges with soil instead of pinning??

You can do, that’s what we used to do. But when your always walking on it, it moves that bit and will always throw the soil off it. So as time moves it will always come loose at the edges again. So pinning it down is a more secure way of doing it 👍🏻
