Hi! I don't focus on rentals, but you could find a nice 2 bedroom apartment in these areas possibly around $2,100+ depending on the location and square footage of the apartment!

Finding a single family detached home for $250k in Phoenix is pretty difficulty these days. If you do it will need some work. There are a few manufactured home options in the price range though! As well as condos, townhouses, etc.

Arizona is great most of the year, it''s just the summer from about the end of May to September the heat can be a little overwhelming at times lol
