Windows 95 and XP were the most nostalgic for me. I did remember when I was little, I would play various computer games on the computers my dad had at the time, from Disney themed ones to random ones that help me with like math or something. The sound effects to the XP one scared me when I was younger for some reason. >.< I miss those days. It’ll be nice to try those games again and see if they’re still as magical and fun as I remember them being. He has a laptop with Windows 8 on it, I think. I do remember making several folders on the computer and hiding my dad’s files in them for some reason and that was fun. lol I do especially remember the music player having songs and videos preinstalled onto it and enjoyed listening to them. Hope that maybe someday, my family and I can get those specific computers from the garage and check them out again. :)

19_Kilometers Beta 3 of Windows 2000 (1946 - 1969) has the Beta 3 startup sound, the builds before it have the "NT5" startup (except 1515 - 1585), and the builds after build 1969 are pretty much all Windows 2000 RTM sound. So yes I was right in that comment.

Windows Odyssey is real, we just don’t have any dev builds leaked. It the was the business version of Windows Neptune, the consumer version for the first time for home users, written on NT Technology. Sometime in 2000, They were merged into Whistler, which became XP.
5:48 Stop at that point! It uses XP startup in low pitch and uses whistler shutdown. You forgot Beta 4, 4.1 and 5. Beta 3-4: Uses XP sounds in low pitch and whistler shutdown Beta 4.1: Uses XP sound in low pitch, slow and combined with whistler sound. Beta 5: Uses Normal XP sounds
@@adrianalencina6538 that wasnt an opinion, it was fact. Besides, this video came out in 2009, not 2019, although there is no Beta 3 (or 4.x or 5) because it went to Release Candidate after that.
But the sounds of Windows 2000 are the worst Windows sounds with it's retarded startup sound, and the NT Euro version is better. Whistler should use the NT Euro sounds.
Mario Gamer Expert Not really. If you mean the so-called desktop pic, you're right, we never got to see any actual OS of "Odyssey". But, there's only references to Odyssey that we know about.

Windows NT 5.0 Shutdown Sound is Wrong
NT5 shutdown sound is right.
Raven, it isn't. It's Windows 2000 Professional Beta Startup.

Here are the results:
Windows NT 5.0 Beta 1 has the right sound. But for Windows NT 5.0 Betas 2 (Windows NT 5.0 Beta 2) and Windows NT 5.0 Beta P2 (Windows NT 5.0 Interim Developer Release), the shutdown sound is the startup sounds on reverse at about 125 percent speed, so the Windows NT 5.0 Beta 2 shutdown sound is inaccurate.

5:48 Stop at that point! It uses XP startup in low pitch and uses whistler shutdown. You forgot Beta 4, 4.1 and 5.
Beta 3-4: Uses XP sounds in low pitch and whistler shutdown
Beta 4.1: Uses XP sound in low pitch, slow and combined with whistler sound.
Beta 5: Uses Normal XP sounds
Your information was fake. Beta 3 used XP sounds. Not Codename Blackcomb sounds. You just came from MinderiaUA-camr
@@shikanara77 ok thanks for your opinion
@@adrianalencina6538 that wasnt an opinion, it was fact. Besides, this video came out in 2009, not 2019, although there is no Beta 3 (or 4.x or 5) because it went to Release Candidate after that.
Most of them feature thumbnails of WindowsXP so we can watch em'
7:20 I see “Windows Home SRecycle bin
Bottom right
what is the best windows... XP Or 10?
NT 5.0 Server Beta 1 beginning sounds like THX.
Just terrifying, bloody terrifying.
So did Windows Vista Beta
Windows Trident desktop link pls
Windows longhorn start up and shutdown sound is supposed to be xp start up and shutdown sound
you forgot windows 8, 8.1, 10 (windows 10 startup sound is windows vista/7 startup sound)
That's because this was released before Windows 8 + 8.1 And Windows 10. The Video was made in 2009.
Am I right in thinking 'longhorn' was the early alpha of vista?
It was that before Microsoft threw it into their Recycle Bin icon and started over to make Vista
Windows Whistler sounds are wrong, i had Whistler 2428 on VMware and it had 2000 sounds
But the sounds of Windows 2000 are the worst Windows sounds with it's retarded startup sound, and the NT Euro version is better. Whistler should use the NT Euro sounds.
By NT Euro sounds you mean the NT 5.0 sounds?
Nermal Cat 2000 SOUND IS OKAY!
Nermal Cat i agree with you.
4:22 is one of my favs❤️
2018?
At 4:02, what OS is that???
5:17 BeOS?

NT 5.0 shutdown is wrong (maybe)- I heard the startup of NT 5.0 reversed for shutdown
lmao all those tadas make me die in the inside
Here we are.
multimedia extensions had sounds gosh darn it
where is windows threshold
1:45 windows 96? But picture is windows 95
Why are fakes needed????
Can Windows Whistler have Windows XP sounds instead?
no
Odyssey is actually a codename for Windows XP.
Does NT stand for Newton?
no new technology
oddysy not fake
Mario Gamer Expert Not really. If you mean the so-called desktop pic, you're right, we never got to see any actual OS of "Odyssey".
But, there's only references to Odyssey that we know about.
Windows Odyssey was merged with Windows Neptune to make Windows XP
What's the os at 4:02?
austin gas Alpha
austin gas Windows AlphaBetas.
Where is windows 8, 8.1, 10 and 11? 🥺
All of those versions of Windows didn't exist when this video was made,
@@User-sz1dn Yeah i know, i were just kidding xD
@@WincitO ok
Hello there,
Can you do Windows Sounds v3.0 with Windows 8 & 10 please.
Please Respond!
Thank you
From Luca
And maybe if a set of versions have the same sounds then don't play those sounds a million times ^^
Luca Pikachu He will never reply you because he became inactive since 7 years 😂
I last saw you on nkrs200's video...
Whistler and Longhorn sounds are fake. Whistler used 2000 sounds and Longhorn used sounds from Windows XP. I tested it on VM.
Didn't Whistler use a slightly modified version of 2000/ME? Different piano I think
Bayleef Brendan Altered 2000 sound came from late beta 3 builds of Windows 2000
I did too
Artem Savkin both don't
Some bulids of longhorn have got xp sounds
Windows 10,8,8.1?
