Definitely not 200 dollars it's on sale and down to £81gbp in my country UK. Only down side is its 300mbps speed so it will throttle my Internet as I get 1000mbps
If you buy netflix or youtube premium from india and you go back to youre normal wifi will you be able to use it in youre country or do you need to watch it via the vpn?
