Sometimes I think about how good of an idea it would be to just import these cheaply priced consoles but then I remember shipping... excellent job as always!

I love that the junk session is essentially the "normal" section in the rest of the world.

Great video dude. Super entertaining. Still can't get over those prices compared to Western releases of the same games! Boxed and all! I wonder if that's due to there being more of an abundance of stock in JPN releases or does the Japanese demographic not covet old retro games in the same way Westerners do? We really put that stuff on a pedestal.

Thanks so much! There’s definitely a much stronger appreciation for retro games and their importance in the west - but I’ve noticed a change in Japan recently and it seems that they’re starting to appreciate them in a similar way. You’re right about the condition too! Kids here never seemed to destroy or through away the box 😂

Thanks so much! If you’re ever in the area I definitely recommend a visit ^_^ It doesn’t hurt that there’s a hobby off attached to it too!

0:43 88,000 yen is insanity price for a Jusco GBC 😂 you can get those for around $100.

Awesome store. Certainly excited for the cheap gamecube games despite a language barrier. I've played Lugis mansion so many times I might have it memorized!

Luigi’s mansion is definitely one of the greats ^_^ I’ve even heard some people argue that it’s almost more of an arcade game because of its high score based gameplay and it’s short length / high replay ability. Either way I replay it every Halloween😁
Definitely keep an eye out for the GameCube section when you visit!

Hey! A lot of times they’ll understand if you take your time and are precise with your question ^_^ just remember that it’s not a language that’s spoken very often here so it may take a little longer to than usual, but you’ll be fine 😁 if all else fails there’s always google translate!
