    Just a heads up also based on my personal experience with Service Finance LLC. They do not have any monthly fees, and they also have one a very convenient loan with zero dealers fees. In other words zero zero cost for the roofer. In addition to that is instant approval in 10 minutes like I said for me it has worked the best I’m just throwing it out there as an additional option for everybody else

      Couple of questions I have if you can answer: did they do a hard pull or a soft pull as Dimitri noted? Is the application process for the homeowner simple and fast? And do you know their entry point as far as credit score?

    They gave me a nice discount because I told them I learned about them from you! Always learning from you and your guests. I’ve been roofing since I was fifteen and after learning insurance claims, I fell in love with helping clients! The moneys nice, but after seeing how different insurance cos work, it’s nice to be the good guy and customers see that. I’m here to deliver and stand apart by creating the most trustworthy transparent roofing contractor experience I can for the homeowner. I have a hell of a business model, and I couldn’t do it without my friends on UA-cam! Thank you for doing what you do Dmitry. You’re an essential tool for modern contractors. Helping us stay on the forefront of an ever evolving industry💪🏼 Roof on bros!

      Hearth has 1/ 2 the choices and if they don't qualify on heath they immediately sent all my clients to the ghetto financing so hearth i didn't renew. enhanify i may try ,but don.y like any that charge you upfront.

    Greensky is very vague in what the rates they charge contractors when you are signing up which made me pause after finding some of their fees which were very expensive. After discovering their fees from a representative I determined I would lose 20-30% of the companies profits on every job financed with Greensky. So HELL NAH!

    Greensky is super expensive. But its incredibly convenient. Instant approval . Gives you a digital card . The power is in my control of the company . Ive tried heath that program was complete garbage . They were the middle man connecting homeowners to other lenders so more paperwork for the homeowners . Tried castle credit will leave them . They take to long to pay the contracter almost a month after jobs are complete and to much power in the homeowners hand . I will look into enhancify

      We tried Hearth and they tried to rape our clients w huge interest rates. Even our clients who had good credit got terrible rate offers from hearth. We paid 1000 fee to start w Hearth and could not close a single job due to the ridiculous rates they wanted. Hearth deals w about 15 financing companies. So if one of those companies offer a loan at 8% hearth will take that loan and Mark up the rate so they make more money. It's win win for hearth because they get your 1000 for setup even if they never sell a loan.

    The recurring service prices for Enhancify are much higher that he says in the video. It's actually anywhere from $999 a year to $4999 per year. I think that's complete bullshit since contractors are bringing them business. Since when does a contractor need to pay to give someone else business. The finance market is screwed up across the board.

    • @RoofingInsights3.0
      @RoofingInsights3.0  Рік тому +1

      You actually get commissions and get paid by enhancify. No other finance company pays commissions to the contractor. Since when financing company pays contractor for helping them sell jobs? Since enhancify. You are welcome

    does Enhancify deposit in contractors account or do they pay the customers directly??

    • @enhancify3392
      @enhancify3392 4 роки тому +12

      Good question, David. We designed things to best protect contractors from being on the hook for loans. Since homeowners are legally taking on the risk of repayment, from a compliance standpoint the funds must be deposited in their accounts. That said, funds are paid in full and within 1-2 business days. We also notify you directly when your customers are approved and when they receive the funding.

      @@enhancify3392 This is where Service Finance and other institutions have an edge and its quite big. Depositing the funds in the contractors account protects the contractors. The contractors are the ones paying for the service upfront not only with the fees, but we do all the work and spend all the money bringing clients to your door. While all of these finance companies have fees the contractors pay, there is less risk of losing the deal or having late pay if the funds are deposited to the contractors account. I love the other aspects of your business model, but don't look a gift horse in the mouth. In other industries like medical device, equipment sales and others, the finance companies actually pay them a commission for bringing in the finance deal. for whatever reason contractors haven't pushed back on lenders in our industry in regards to this being one way street with two lanes and the only ones paying are contractors. At least with CC's I pay the 3% and its deposited directly tour account.

      Could be that the Home Owner doesn’t have insurance.
      Or insurance won’t cover what the Home Owner wants/needs.
      If they do, the insurance company will provide approved contractors.
