  • In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

Even though his story could be very ordinary to someone, through his personal experience which many people might have the same with, we can see what we usually do not pay attention to a lot but we should do. Get insight.

The truth is that THEY KNOW how to make customer happy very well. But they earn huge money on those unfair tricks, and this is much more than just a happy customer. They are usually local monopolies, operating on a mass scale. That means there will be always people who will not read all the instructions or terms of use. It is a job of the state and press and consumer associations to make sure that such a poor operator of public services will get a huge penalty fee for unfair profits.
