If you took the fluff off the bottom of the marabue before you tied it in it would be easier to cut of the surplus.

Thanks for the Comment Bob! trying to simplify the dressing for beginners as much as possible as working with the marabou can be fiddly when starting, but yes you are right easier to keep it neat and tidy cutting the mess off the feather first :-)

Hi Stephen, I would recommend using a B175 size 10 for this, you can go slightly smaller or bigger but a 10 is usually perfect!
