Good work fellas, love the back yard builds, I’d recommend finding a K&N filter, I’ve seen too many of those cheap pod filters have the mesh inside collapse and go through turbos on mates cars and almost on my own pro charged bbc
I think Margot Robbie gave us the "We're not here to fuk spiders" saying - she can say anything and ill pay attention haha. 90/10 shocks certainly surprise you if you havent used them b4. Looking forward to the dyno!!!!
Game changer mentioned, but now we're in suspense! Cliff hangers suck tell us now haha! In all seriousness, so glad your channel is headed in the right direction, bigger and better can only be a good thing. Hope you have all the success you fellas deserve.
Awesome episode guys. You had me in stichers when you were trying to fit the air filter. 🤣 What about a Type 1 VW beetle built. That would pull some serious numbers at the track. So thanks for sharing I'm looking forward to seeing what's coming in 2023. ✌️ Peace from Melbourne 3810.
Love the content and the stuff u guys do can’t wait to see this on the dyno and I also can’t wait for more on the fairlane u guys inspired me to build a turbo Ed when u guys started the fairlane
We used a 90° filter adapter that came with the ASE turbo kits on the Turbo VY ome tonner. Or look for a "cobrahead" style 90° coupler and put the filter down low like we've used on the Turbo VR. You don't want a small filter on there, it will only be a restriction, and a small filter on a silicone will cause it to suck in and collapse 👎
Cool, I got a thumbs up from Hackshop, and a comment from Torq Hub! I am doing my own turbo SS ute and have been using both this VY and the turbo tonner as my guides. Keep up the good work boys, I hit the dyno next week 👍🏻
Feeling blue balled here... i watched the whole series on the premise that i would eventually hear that sweet, sweet turbo LS sound. Is there going to be another installment?
@@ConceptXX one less thing up front to get more extension, to make it transfer wieght. Striaght line fine, corners was a bit how ya going 🤣. Can always just disconnect from the front struts and cable tie to the side. See how it goes at the drags.
I’d love see something more of this car. Especially after it’s been tuned, or some of the dyno tuning itself.
This is the best build yet…Some tune and drive footage of this build would be sick boys.
Awesome fellas, ready for next drag challenge!
Great job boys!
Good Job Boys Love it
I can vouch from personal experience, with some sticky tyres on the rear that suspension set up will work mint

Great job guys, just love your work

awesome build, it'd be great to see how the car is tuned too.

You only need to remove the one bolt on each side of the bonnet hinge to remove it, a lot easier to fit and remove and you don’t have to re align it
Awesome episode guys.

Good luck guys for next level... love your channel!
Awesome work boys 💯🔥
Looking forward to more Fairlane stuff!
I ended up replacing the whole rear cradle in mine
Had a rebuilt one to go in
Amasing work guys
I recommend getting the nolathane bush removal tool if you do the trailing arm Bushes with trailing arm in the car. Otherwise it's not fun

Has the exhaust got a mount to the chassis infront of the differential ?
Having changed many of those rear suspension arms in my time I'd be way more inclined to try to drill and helicoil those arms first
I would try the Helicoil option too before pulling all of that out and replacing it.
time-serts are better then helicoils more expensive but are a steel thread insert.
@@joesbuell helicoils come in different materials & can be purchased in stainless steel, making them stronger.
It looks like sushi the heat tube lol
Giddyup boys...
Great to see some shed business. Noice....
Air filter 😆.
Here's to a 2023, packed with more turbos, projects getting completed and less gearbox removal 😆😆
You have to cut out the metal around the headlight and use the "supplied" 90 degree silicon pipe and adaptor. Ask me how I know...

Goodluck mate! Hope it all goes well
Powerglide for the fairlane ?
Hope Rodney has a big wallet for the falcon
Did you guys wind up putting a fuse at the battery end of the positive wire?
On the to do list
Swap the springs and keep the shocks
Use wd when replacing bushes boys makes it less of a fight 👍
Will the ECU fit under the seat or behind it? or maybe in the tub within a weatherproof box?
That becomes a big effort extending the whole harness. This way is done without big harness mods
Feeling blue balled here... i watched the whole series on the premise that i would eventually hear that sweet, sweet turbo LS sound. Is there going to be another installment?
Yes mate of course, once the few little things daniel has to finish off are done, we will see it on the dyno, do a drive review and take it racing
How much did yal charge him for all the labour,n what was total cost all up
Pull the motor out to replace the air filter. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Hope yous do a drive video once tuned
Is that the end ?
Was keen to see the dyno vid an powerskids man
No mate not the end. We will be showing it on the dyno in the coming weeks
When's dyno day??
How does it sound now with the cat?
a little improved, but still much the same. It’ll need a second muffler we think
@@HackshopGarage there's only so much you can do about the sound. It's no iron lion 😁
what happened to the falcon gt build??
Coming back very soon, hopefully we will be back to work on it next weekend
It will settle
90/10s are shit on the street haha. 1.57 60ft best setup i ran was lowered springs all around with flogged shocks. No front sway bar 🤙
What’s the benefit of no swaybar

Fuck that's not bad mate, dunno how typical your results are though from what I've seen haha. You must know how to drive 👍
90/10 shocks
Yeah I was going order them but was advised against for the street
someone buy Nath a FUMBBLES t-shirt... lol
Go 200 cell to 2.5 cat back
PLEASE CHANGE THE BONNET STRUTS
Own private earthquake 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤙
Hackshop Factory mode.....
👍🏻👏🍺
Had to laugh at the comment that dodgy people work on this car before us ??? are you claiming that you pair aren't!!!!!!😂😂😂😂😂😂
is this both of your full time jobs?
Nope, Nathan is a sign writer and Michael is a real life Fireman I’m pretty sure?? ☝️☝️
That's the dream we all wish for, but the reality is those full timers are the 1% of the 1% lol.
The man is correct
New 4x4 Commodore.... definitely needs to be lower
Ahahah turn it into 4x4
Finally....
