Hearfulness meditation helps in all of these problems with very good awareness. I have been practicing it for more than 15 years now. It is free of charge and yet of highest quality.
Using phone for 13 to 14 hrs per day brother🙂 just wanna minimize it to that range which will provide me mental peace I m definitely going to start the 30 days decluttering challenge
Whenever I get a difficult challenge and I fail to achieve that it makes me worried and I start avoiding that thing and stick to mobile and do unproductive things. But I am now identifying my trigger points. I will work on that for sure.
