    In November 2022 I was using my phone at least 9 hrs per day but after watching your contents and reading self building books .
    Now, I use my phone only 2 hrs a day and spending time with family, doing my hobbies and studying.
    I think I am transforming to the person that I always wanted to be .

    1.1 Wt is most imp thing u wanna achieve? Do u spend ur time for that?
    2. Digital declutter- 2.1 Stop using all non-essential apps & tech's for 30 days & Use only supportive tech's which helps ur values in the best way.
    2.2 Work on ur hobbies
    3. Spend Time alone and identify triggers.- You'll know yourself & others better. It helps to develop new ideas & Build confidence.

    I just 18.
    I am using smartphone since 5 years .
    Tomorrow is my exam of 12th ,
    I am totally addicted to my phone.
    My average use is 10hr .
    Some time I frustrated my self and made my self angry why i am always like this .
    I want to change my habits .
    Seeken and GIGL videos help to make my self better .
    And i promise after 1 year I will be improved
    a lot of my self.
    And i improved already many things I write,i left phone while walking, i am ignoring social media.

      its equally bad mate , u r addicted to it that means , subtract the time , add that to some productive work start with 10 - 15 mins and increase it , like make videos to improve ur communication skills , etc

    Whenever I get a difficult challenge and I fail to achieve that it makes me worried and I start avoiding that thing and stick to mobile and do unproductive things. But I am now identifying my trigger points. I will work on that for sure.
