Anyone who has visited Bar Benfiddich in Tokyo is bound to experience Mr. Kayama's herbal wizardry.
His fascination towards bitter liquors has led him to explore a tremendous variety of herbs to be used in cocktails--many of which cannot be found in stores or commercial farms.
That led Mr. Kayama to the logical conclusion which was to grow his own herbs in his family farm.
In a stark contrast between the Japanese countryside and the bustling metropolis of Tokyo, we get a glimpse of Mr. Kayama's story where the two worlds converge.
