  • Manchurian is a dish that is mostly the first love of people who love indo-chinese cuisine. Here's a delectable and easy recipe of dry and gravy Manchurian that you can cook and serve when there's a bunch of Chinese food lovers visiting your place
    Ingredients:
    For Chilli Paste
    Dry red chilli (soaked) - Handful
    Water - a dash
    For Manchurian Balls:
    Cabbage finely chopped - 1½ cup
    Carrots finely chopped - 1 cup
    Beans finely chopped - ½ cup
    Ginger chopped - 2 tsp
    Green chilli chopped - 1tbsp
    Spring onions chopped - ½ cup
    Coriander chopped - handful
    Salt - to taste
    Pepper powder - ½ tsp
    Soya sauce - 2tbsp
    Baking powder - ½ tsp

    Hi Kunal sir, I am not a very good cook but my husband like chinese food very much. I am very basic food eater so even don't know the exact taste of Manchurian..     Use baking soda with baking powder. All other chefs are using baking soda with baking powder, to have good health.
    Using only baking powder have negative impact on health. So, prefer see health impact of ingredients and then use it to recipe. I don't expect this from chef like you.😢

    I tried this recipe and it's the best manchurian me and my husband had ever eaten.. loved it... even after 4 hours the Manchurian balls are so soft.. I tried veg fried rice as well.. and it's perfect..

    Hi chef,
    Veggies leave a lot of water when we grate them instead of chopping, so 4 spoons of flour is not sufficient to bind the manchurian balls. Any tip?

    Hy Chef I tried this recipe but the ball were not holding... it was breaking so unable to make balls so I added wheat flour thn only I was able to make proper balls... wht could be the reason? Else it turned awsm... the only problem I got in making manchurian balls

    Isn't the sauce (gravy) too thin, it won't stick to manturian balls and also if manturian balls will absord water they will get sluggish. Any suggestion plz🙄

    Mi kal ch try kele 7-8 people sathi but ,☹️☹️ nahi jamale..Vedio mdhe jse ahe tse pahun kele... mala kalena mi kuthe mistake keli , kai kami jhale... 😕😔😕

    I tried but there is a challenge here.... when the mixture is prepared it turns too become to wet even before adding salt which does not help in making the balls.... in this case how to handle this?

    Are the manchurian balls fully cooked? Whenever I do it still tastes raw from inside, so till what time should I cook them to taste them like proper street style?
