- The hip carry is great for babies over 6 months and toddlers. In this video, I show you how to do the hip carry with a ring sling showing my daughter Nala who is 1 and my son Kai who is 2.5 years old.

Hi, can you do a video on cleaning/washing it? It gets so terribly wrinkled, is the only way to get it to look like yours in this video to iron it?
