How is it attached to the offshoulder. Do we mark the 1 inch directly on the offshoulder of the main dress and attach the organza directly to the offshoulder or we will need the foundation fabric as seen in the video

Your dress can be the foundation fabric and the design will be sewn directly on it or you leave half an inch on the opposite ends of your foundation fabric to sew to the neckline of the dress
