I know I'm 4 months late, but if it still helps: This is a style of lefse closer to what many call Vestlandslefse. It is not a potato lefse, but a wheat lefse. The potato lefse should be easy enough to find a recipe for, since it is very common in home baking. 🙂 Happy lefse-making
