The last part of the recipe where paati gives him the rice in palm, brought tears to my eyes..i am so proud of this culture.. when I was young, my neighbour aunties used to feed me like this..miss being there..and thank you.. also the bond you guys share gives me Goosebumps.. just amazing.. pranam to paati🙏🙏.

Paati, you are an amazing cook. I am a doctor from Malaysia. You remind me of the brahmin family who used to cook for me and feed me when they worked in Malaysia. Yesterday I did tomato thokku with ur preparation only paati.tku sooooooo much
I make in this manner but dont put the paruppu.it gives a usipona vasanai.Ofcourse each to his own.we eat with rotis as well as use it like a spread on bread.i too clean the vessel in this manner.thats the best part.Heaven.😄 Very nice patti
