ericspeeder20226789 Yeah I know. Sedans, Lamborghinis and Ferraris make we want to go on the floor and pee myself. But with muscle cars like El Camino, that’s not the case! Because they’re amazing and I’m a big fan of them!
check the parts identify label in the glove box. if it's got a Z-15 code it's a secret factory SS... not a choo-choo that paid a license fee with a Monte Carlo clip... I own a 87 El Camino SS Z-15 F-41 car/ truck...I believe that it's a real SS. even though the emblem is not factory correct for this one.
305ci... with so call SS markings the only difference is they had sportier looks scoops and skirts bucket seats the nonSS still had a 305 V8 four barre... fifth generation.. GM was pressured by the feds to come out with it economical strong hauling engine call the 305 V8 not a high-performance use earlier they had the V8 Diesel but for optional package you can probably got a shifter and Super Bowl Super Sport decals regionals but the training and everything else was the same the conquestor the Knight... the 350 was available in the Super Sport Monte Carlo from what I understand
Not an SS 2 people commented. The SS and non-SS 305 V-8 had the same horsepower so who cares. It is not like cloning a late 1960's El Camino SS. It is a nice car either way. Mine is nicer though.
think this is a SS. Reason power windows and door locks. My 1980 SS I have the build sheet. Bench seat ordered with 2 arm rests. On the collum shifter. z15 is the code.
I have a El Camino 1984. What is the price of this car and can you export it to Sweden? Where can I get the cover of the loading area? claes2hanngren.se
all 80s El caminos are junk in the stock format a 305 low compression slush buster has no horsepower no guts no fiery and entirely terrible valve train and after about 40,000 miles stale smoke did you notice the smoke come on kids put the crayons away the snow hot rod but it is 80s pollution and junk on four of them within two months big blocks 9-inch Ford rear ends all new suspension pretty much kept the shell and threw the rest in the garbage and have a nice day 😉🤭😭💘💯😎 but that being said some 85 to 90 year old grandma at be a nice ride as long as she had her trifocals on 😁👍🤗
I cannot describe with words what thid car make me feel when i look at it.
I had an 87 ElCamino one of the best riding cars I ever owned
I had a 1982....SS. Rode excellent but the steering box went bongers it went out of control....I luv them El Camino

im the same way but i finally got mine tho! i love it to death.
ericspeeder20226789 AGREED OLD CARS WITH THIS ARE SO MUCH BETTER THAN NEW SHITTY CARS!!!!

why you wish? its not that expensive
I have a 1985 with 76,000 miles in great shape and everything works even the clock ? and the motor is clean as the body asking $15,000
Air Shocks lifted in the back and 285 wide Cooper Cobra tires is how I had mines
Nice clean Elky. 👍👍
ELCO LOVE- this ride is awesome many styles with power - ICON chevy
I’m building mine up to look like this, any leads on the specs of those rims? That would be helpful.
Sin duda alguna mi clasico preferido

At 4 minutes and 18 that's a 305 baby the verdict is in
I am looking for a El Camino or s 10
does anybody know the size of the tires and wheels on that ELCO
Running a bit rich or was that blue smoke I saw?
Blue to me
Seen that too!

Exactly, no real difference performance wise.
Yep, all original.....except or the wheels, paint, and seats....
How much did it sell for? They never say for some reason
😍😍😍😍
its nice - i just never liked rubber on the bumpers
At least it's functional
@@ChiefDizzyLeaf I owned 3 5th gens bud... yeah they are awesome rides don't let anybody tell you different!
What is the size and the width of the wheels and tires?
Oh look, another car with polished TTs, so played out. Many other good looking wheels out there.
All the people sayings its not a real ss. Those are the ss mirrors. Only way to tell is the vin if it hasz15 in number code in glove box its a ss
Not an SS, no sport mirrors

need wider tires in the back
Who cares if it's not an SS..doesn't mean anything
D Taylor that literally means everything to far enthusiasts
Very God very nice
How much
How can you tell it's not an SS? I own one and am wondering
Well the SS has different mirrors, and the grill is a bit different. Also you can look at the vin number.
That's not a true SS El Camino. Just a nice one with stickers..... column shift??? 😶😏🤔
Some SS were made with column shift even the Monte Carlo ‘85 SS had a column shift too
Uuhhhh, blue smoke?
Colone 7800.00
real SS shifters are on the floor my boii
😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
