Nasi goreng kerabu
Bahan bahannya / ingredients
Nasi putih 1 mangkuk / rice 1 bowl
Bawang putih 2 ulas / garlic 2 nos
Isi ayam / slice chicken
Udang / prawn
Serai 1 batang / lemongrass 1 nos
Cili padi / bird eye chillies
Telur 1 biji / egg 1 nos
Sos tiram 1 tbsp / oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Sos ikan 1 tbsp / fish sauce 1 tbsp
Garam dan serbuk perasa / salt to taste
Kobis, carot dan mangga muda / cabbage, carrot and unripe mango.
