How to be Fast at Indianapolis on Assetto Corsa Competizione - Track Guide

Assetto Corsa Competizione's American Track Pack DLC was released on the 30th of June and we loved its authentic recreations of Watkins Glen, Circuit of the Americas (COTA) and the Indianapolis Road Course.
Although many fans were disappointed by the absence of Road America, Sebring and VIRginia International Raceway in the DLC, we still think the three tracks are excellent additions to Kunos Simulazioni's Assetto Corsa Competizione. After all, the more tracks the better, right?
Indianapolis has proven to be particularly tricky to master, thanks to its combination of late apex medium-speed turns and taxing low-speed technical sections. Because of this, John has devised a handy track guide to help those of you struggling for consistency.
With reference points thin on the ground you'll have to build up confidence gradually and be able to shortcut the flatter kerbs to nail the best lap time. As ever, being neat and tidy is the key to success.

i think the McLaren is now the most OP car on the grid. It's incredible the times it can achieve on the default aggressive setup with the minimal tweaking of brake pads and tire pressures. After this track guide went out and tried the track and on the very first lap did a 1:35:2. With my favorite car - the R8 i still struggle to get under 1:37. There is just crazy speed in that McLaren.

Run much higher rake in the Audi, Max wing and have the wheel rates about middle. Car feels great at Indi. I will agree though, McLaren is incredibly strong there.

Cant get under 1:38/1:37 mid with the MCLAREN. To much oversteer or to much understeer. Can’t find the middle. Left tires are sore after a few laps

This is hardly a track guide, you dont even mention where the breaking point is in the second to last corner, only that you shift back to 1st and trail break..... Where the hell is the breaking point?
