No joke. I was in grad school when that ad campaign ran. (I even got some Pepsi stuff). I was watching TV with my girlfriend when the Pepsi Jet commercial ran. Neither of us were law students or anything, but we IMMEDIATELY saw that there was NO DISCLAIMER when the jet appeared. We both said that there was a 100% chance that someone would come up with the points needed and would ask for the jet. I later heard that someone had indeed tried to get the jet, but I never bothered to find out how it turned out. Thanks for the vid. I'll have to watch that documentary series.
What boggles my mind is how Leonard had seeked counsel from 2 lawyers, as well as 1 individual who was attending law school who ended up being a high profile attorney and neither could establish how a commercial doesn't establish a contract unless it is in writing in some manner.
All Pepsi had to do was gove the kid a rusty clapped out jet with no engine or internals 🤣 ....Or who said it had to be a full size jet?? Give him a model....
Pfft, if I were on such a jury, I would totally look at the plaintiffs like they have comprehension issues.... I've got a bridge I'd like to sell them.
@@Pure_KodiakWILD_Power you have comprehension issues, Pepsi purposely wanted to make the offer legit. They show that in the documentary, what are you, stupid? BTW judge kimba woods was bought and paid democrat known to side with corporations, corrupt!
Ngl, I'm kind of bummed they didnt' get a jet. 🤣This was very informative and helpful while I'm sitting here trying to plan promotions for 2023.

That's a confusing intro 🤣 but it's good to see you 😍 I'm into this idea of you doing "reactions" or deep dives into legal cases; keep it up.
Thought the same thing 🤣🤣🤣
I just watched this documentary, he should've taken the million. but they shouldve also given him the jet!
Or settled for lot more than a million.
That was very inspirational
