hello Mr! i have an opel astra 1.9 150hp and i am about to take the inlet manifold out because my car is smoking black while hard accelerating, i already tested injetors and they are fine, egr e out with a blind "seal". it might be the manifold full of "coal" and the sensor too... because i noticed the old blind seal was already broken in half from previous owner but the egr valve was not letting gas pass throught it anyway because it was closed.... i think what lasts to check is to clear the manifold and take out the flaps because they already have a tiny leak... what do you think? i tried to remap it to 200 hp but it only made 160 and a bunch of black smoke the remaper told me to leave it stock and fix the problem and then we remap it

how does this help my engine? I have power loss and i thought it was because the swirl flap wasn't working
Does this require any modification in the ECU (software) as well, or will the check engine light just stay on?

As you saw I had a bolt in each one. Liquid metal on top.of them.is good as well. The best option is to weld them
