Well, the Cafe event has begun so here's my take on the new pilots including if you should summon them. Update: Shirley's global healing effect only occurs once after deployment so you will have to withdraw her anyways.
I just finished all the event battles and will hope to summon at least Lelouch in the butler outfit. Mostly because he deserves the dignity of being a badass combatant.
No doubts. I've got no doubts about that. I hope I can get him, since my only ranged options so far are Villetta, Kewell and Darlton. Darlton being quite a rad godsend with his Gloucester, might I add.
Quick question I got the free trial on the black pass and I don't know how to cancel it. The section that should have it just cuts off before the explanation
Normally I'd agree but I have Cornelia up to Lv. 90 already. Pulling a third one and getting 15 lockets which isn't enough for the last limit break isn't 'that' useful. I shouldn’t really complain because I’ve been lucky with 4 star pulls from the free Sakuradite. 3 Cornelias, Suzaku, Kallen, C.C, the new Lelouch; I’d just like to get Shirley too for an Ashford team.

It didn't miss any yet since we just got the Cafe event.
But the other global release already had the Cafe, Summer, KOTR, and Athletic events

It's passive she doesn't have to be deployed for you to gain that effect
