No, it won't. Nothing will change the fact it only has two cylinders. Anything under three cylinders sounds like dogshit NO MATTER the exhaust.

"Bikes with over 200hp don't belong on the road". It's right there. KTM is not "ready to race" anymore, and they don't care about supersports. The ceo is inherently biased against anything that could possibly be considered fun. He doesn't just mean "200hp". That's an arbitrary number. People daily the hayabusa and h2 bikes already, and people daily corvettes and lamborghini and porsche, etc... it's all arbitrary.
My point is we're lucky ktm is even making the 990 rc r, because their company doesn't scream "we care about supersports".
Kawasaki, honda, suzuki, aprilia, ducati, mv agusta.... they all make REAL supersports, and still seem to care about what customers buy a bike for.
Didn't put yamaha on that list. They lost my respect for discontinuing the r6 and announcing the discontinuing of the r1.
