Depending on one's perspective, it is either good, or bad, that the 38mm version does not have the lume-printed seconds hand, so it is more screen accurate in appearance, if not size. Personally, I am tempted to get one, despite already having a Khaki Field Automatic Pilot 000093 in 38mm and a Khaki Field Automatic Action 6311 in 40mm, since... well, I don't have a 42mm Khaki Field Automatic, right?
I have not tried the smaller version. I have purchased two of the larger models, one currently is not working and needs to be repaired, I need another. I gave one away to my son. I would suggest manual winding as little as possible.
38mm is the perfect size for most of us. Good done Hammy. Nice to see that movement through the crystal. 👌🏼👌🏼
Indeed. 38mm is a sweet spot. They really nailed it with this one.
38mm is MINISCULE. On my wrist it looks like a child's toy. So I had to send it back for a refund.
I like mine . I got it on sale and saved $250 . It's a good watch .
It's a true value for money piece. At $250 that's a steal....😱
@@watchat888 he said saved 250 not he paid 250 dummy

I’m pretty sure the seconds hand on the 42mm does not have lume. Teddy Bulbasaur covered this.
@@GigGigJigolo You're right. I mistakenly thought that the "Eureka" engraving was lume-filled, but it does in fact not seem to be.

Oh man, is the quality that questionable?
It was for me, I would still buy another..@@watchat888
No screw down crown makes me suspicious about the WR capability. And the crown is big out of proportion. AR second to nothing. Otherwise cool.
Most importantly, it's iconic and it's not too expensive too.
@@watchat888 yes. Like Italian tank: drives askew and shoots amiss, but not expensive and so beautiful!
indeed a very good value for money watch. Next, bring on the Barista
Hahaha sure thing bro. Let me review it a little bit more first.
Why is the AR coating so badly done??
😅 Guess its due to the cost factor...lol
I want this watch so bad 😅
You can get it for CHF870. Buy buy buy 😁
@@watchat888 whew I can't afford it hahaha 🤣
I got one too 😊 does anybody like to set their watch to an Atomic clock ⏰ just curious 🤨
Congrats there. Atomic clock? How?
One piece of Khaki field is enough. Hamilton has other better watches such as jazzmaster and ventura
True that
